Fa La La La La :o)

Well, this last week brought us a blanket of snow....so, I could no longer resist the temptation to decorate for Christmas!

Friday night we had friends over for dinner. I fixed Sweet & Sour Country-Style Boneless Beef Ribs (slow cooked), Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Homemade Chunky Applesauce (slow cooked), Cheddar-Chive Muffins, and a Chocolate-Zucchini Cake Roll. Mmmmmm Mmmmm Good!!!

Saturday was the Festival of Trees and the Christmas Walk. We first went down to the Festival of Trees where local business decorate a tree with gifts that represent their business and then you can buy raffle tickets for the tree(s) you would like to win.

One of the highlights of the walk was the reindeer...they were so sweet! I wanted to take one home with me! :o)

After the walk, friends came over for a late dinner of Tortillini Soup and Tex-Mex Chicken Melts. It was a really nice weekend :o)
